The Financial and Investment Analyst is responsible for leading the company’s financial
planning and analysis efforts across its software sales  and licensing operations.

Duties include:

• Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-range financial plans aligned with company growth.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports,  including variance analysis and revenue trends.
• Perform financial modeling for pricing, profit margin evaluation, and  investment planning across digital product lines.
• Forecast and monitor cash flow to support business operations and  procurement planning.
• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to guide strategic decisions in product pricing and service packaging.
• Collaborate with department leads to align financial plans with operational and marketing strategies.
• Reconcile financial data and ensure accuracy in monthly and year-end closings.
• Oversee financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts  payable, payroll, and general bookkeeping.
• Present key performance indicators, financial forecasts, and strategic  recommendations to company leadership.
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with applicable financial reporting standards and policies.
  

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• 36 months of experience as a Financial and Investment Analyst or in a related occupation.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
• Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online or similar); and working knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
