safe and happy

Exchange Online provides web-based access to mail and contacts that has the look and feel of Outlook on the desktop, Inbox management is achieved with a product known as Clutter that is similar to a spam filter. Clutter will learn which emails received are valid and which ones are junk, allowing for a cleaner inbox. I really liked that option since i am not the type of a guy who will randomly delete emails just because i don;t need them, Exchange online plan 2 helped me with that. Also the fact that every mailbox is protected with premier anti-malware and anti-spam protection via Exchange Online Protection makes me really safe and happy.

Alternative Option

Microsoft Exchange Online (Plan 2) - 1 Year Subscription is an excellent alternative for business that wants to avoid stuff like Microsoft Exchange that can cost a bit more and you would have top devote to exchange infrastructure. Is is cloud based and you get abour 50Gb of cloud storage, with the option of sending messages up to 25mb in size, which is really cool. Users can connect supported versions of Outlook to Exchange Online, so they can use the rich client application they already know.

Microsoft Cloud Hosted Service

Microsoft Exchange Online provides the capabilities of Exchange Server as a Microsoft-hosted cloud service. The subscription-based nature of Exchange Online allows you to enjoy the benefits of business-class email in a pay-as-you-go model. A lot of memory for online stiorage and bigger email sending are just few of many options Microsoft Exchange online offers, on a yearly subscription basis. This is a very atractive service of large email systems.

In-Place Archive

Microsoft Exchange Online (Plan 2) - 1 Year Subscription Is automatically moving your old messages into In-Place Archive, this is a very good tool considering most of the company emails can be very clustered and emails can be hard to find sometimes. In-Place holds the emails untill you decide what you want to do with them, Archive them, save them, copy, download or just delete, you have that option and you have the memory to support hat since Exchange online comes with a decent memory on cloudas much as i like this option, i hate it too, since it automatically moves them, sometimes it takes time for me to locate the desired email.

Low cost

1 year plan is sometimes a very good option, depending on the wishes of the buyer. I figured, sure, why not. I liked the anti-mallware protection plan 1 of microsoft exchange provided. One of the better options was the spamm filter Exchange Protection had.In the end, it is a very atractive service. I do think there should be more storage memory, but i guess this is fine for the low cost of exchange.

Microsoft Exchange Server Enterprise 1 User CAL License & Software Assurance Open Value 3 Year

Microsoft Exchange Server is available in two server editions: Standard Edition and Enterprise Edition. Enterprise Edition can scale to 100 mounted databases per server; Standard Edition is limited to 5 mounted databases per server. A mounted database is a database that is in use. A mounted database can be an active mailbox database that is mounted for use by clients, or a passive mailbox database that is mounted in recovery for log replication and replay. While you can create more databases than the limits described above, you can only mount the maximum number specified above. The recovery database does not count towards this limit.

These licensing editions are defined by a product key. When you enter a valid license product key, the supported edition for the server is established. Product keys can be used for the same edition key swaps and upgrades only; they can't be used for downgrades. You can use a valid product key to move from the evaluation version (Trial Edition) of Exchange to either Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition. You can also use a valid product key to move from Standard Edition to Enterprise Edition.

No loss of functionality will occur when the Trial Edition expires, so you can maintain lab, demo, training, and other non-production environments beyond 120 days without having to reinstall the Trial Edition of Exchange.

As mentioned earlier, you can't use product keys to downgrade from Enterprise Edition to Standard Edition, nor can you use them to revert to the Trial Edition. These types of downgrades can only be done by uninstalling Exchange, reinstalling Exchange, and entering the correct product key.

Client access licenses (CALs) are required for business computers that have Microsoft Exchange Enterprise as their email client. Two types of CALs are available, device and user. This user CAL is perfect for individuals who need to access their Exchange email services in the office and when they are out on assignment. Unlike licenses that are tied to the device, this license is assigned to the employee which means the Exchange server can be reached from multiple platforms. As a result, your employees can retrieve and send emails from a PC at the office or via their cell phone, laptop or tablet.

Microsoft Exchange is the latest version of this popular email and calendaring software and includes many features to make productivity a safe and secure endeavor. This version includes data loss prevention with more sensitive information types available now rather than as an upgrade. Enhanced auditing is also available for better reporting and easier integration with third-party apps. This user CAL is considered an Open Value. Open Value are a category in the Microsoft Volume Licensing Program that is for businesses that have between two and 250 computers. This program allows for licenses to be purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis rather than in bulk. This method can provide substantial cost savings to businesses.
